MB Risk Management (MBRM) are pleased to announce that the Equity Financial Products division of Banc of America Securities, LLC has acquired a global licence for the source code of MBRM's UNIVCONV - Universal Convertibles Add-in.

The contract was won by MBRM after many months of extensive trials to test the accuracy and speed of MBRM's add-in routines. As part of the agreement, MBRM is providing the C/C++ source code of the add-ins. This has enabled Banc of America to run MBRM's mathematical library on any hardware, whether UNIX or Windows.
